Thank you to all those who were able to attend our parent meeting this past Wednesday. Attached to this email is a pamphlet that summarizes what the meeting covered. Big items to note:

- Coach Sue has a notebook dated through the entire season. If you have dates that your swimmer will not be able to participate in practice or a meet, please notate this in this notebook. This is how the line-ups are created. 

- Volunteers. WE NEED THEM. If there is something you would like to assist with or see a need that we may have overlooked please let us know. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Please bring volunteer checks to the first week of practices to turn into Richard. 

- Officials. THIS IS A HUGE NEED. We must have a minimum of 4 officials per meet outside of all other volunteer spots in order to fully run a meet. Once certified you are not expected to officiate alone. There will be shadow officials to assist until you are fully comfortable. The next training/certification is this coming Sunday June 7 @5pm at the Hummelstown pool and Monday June 8 @630pm at the Palmyra pool. Check our socials to sign up. - Download the Swimtopia App. This will be a way team alerts and information will be blasted out and a great way to see what's coming up on the horizon.
